Botanical Cyanotypes : Join us at the gallery to learn the art of cyanotype, an alternative photography process!
Join artist and teacher, Sara Eberhart for an afternoon learning the basics of an alternative photography technique called cyanotype. You will learn how to mix chemicals, apply them to paper, experiment with compositions and print striking blue patterns using UV light. We will explore techniques such as wet-on-wet, photogram, toning and more. This is fun and accessible for all, no experience needed. All materials are provided. You are welcome to bring additional flowers or plants. Ask a friend to join for more fun!

About the artist:
Sara Eberhart is a visual artist and teacher. She uses natural dyes and cyanotype processes on linen, wool, and paper to create abstract figures and landscapes.
Sara has taught art to adults and children for over 20 years. She currently lives in San Jose, CA with her family.
